He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter, but will always be a San Francisco Giants fan.
Mark co-founded 3311 in 2011, and oversees the financing and project selection of the company along with Ross Jacobson. 3311 allows Mark to merge his longstanding passion for film with his investment knowledge.
He currently serves on the board of The San Francisco Zoo and The National Pastime Museum and lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children, all of whom root for the Giants.
Jen serves as President and oversees the production of 3311's films.
She began her career working in the New York theater industry after attending Yale. Prior to joining 3311, Dana Executive Produced IT FOLLOWS and worked in the Packaging, Finance and Distribution department at The Gersh Agency. She brings a clear understanding of film financing, packaging, production, and distribution to the company’s slate. Her pekingese Gracie is the unofficial company mascot.
Shelly serves as CFO, where he oversees accounting and financial reporting, single film financing, business and tax planning and risk management.
In his 32 years of experience in media and entertainment, Shelly has set up hundreds of film projects as single picture financings, tax deals, slate deals, and library deals with major studios and independents. In addition to his role at 3311, he is the CEO of Corner Piece Capital and runs Rabinowitz Consulting Group, LLC which he launched in 2005. His past experience includes EVP of Finance at Sony Pictures Entertainment, SVP of Finance for ABC Entertainment Television Group, and was the Chief Financial Officer of Hanna-Barbera Productions, among others. HEAD OF SCRIPTED TELEVISION
Carter came to 3311 in 2016 to run the scripted television department. Prior to this, Carter had spent time as VP of Production for Relativity Media and Vice President of Trigger Street where he worked on such projects as EVEL, GRAN TURISMO, SAFE, BLUE THUNDER, THE RESIDENCE, and MANIFESTO.
He likes to spend his free time with his family, his pets (two dogs and two cats), binging, playing video games, and watching sports where he is a huge Seattle (Seahawks and Mariners) fan and will never root for the Giants.
Tony joined the team in the fall of 2015 to run film development. His past experiences include working for manager Jewerl Ross, Roy Lee's Vertigo Entertainment and helping to build up the slate of projects at Animal Kingdom Films (SHORT TERM 12, IT FOLLOWS, LOUDER THAN BOMBS).
He is a lover of history, sports, and pizza, and often feels frustrated by Angelenos’ attitude toward all three. Tony studied screenwriting at The University of Michigan.
Tracy joined 3311 in 2017 and serves as the creative executive in scripted television. She got her start in the CAA MP Lit department, spent 2.5 years developing features at Legendary Entertainment, and most recently worked at Matt Reeves' 6th & Idaho. When she's not binge-watching, Tracy can be found on the golf course. As a Bay Area native, she bleeds Giants orange and would never be caught dead in Dodger blue.
Anton serves as a Director at 3311 Ventures, where he manages the day-to-day operations of the fund. Before joining 3311, Anton worked at Homejoy Inc and Goldman, Sachs, and Co. He received his BA from Stanford University.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT & COORDINATOR
Thomas joined 3311 in the fall of 2016 to assist the feature team. In his pre-3311 days, he worked for Justin Lin's Perfect Storm Entertainment.
Hobbies include: panicking about the return of Twin Peaks, eating breakfast tacos nearly every Saturday, and frequenting LA's many indie-rock venues. Thomas studied English Literature at Grinnell College.
Executive Assistant & TV Coordinator
Prior to joining the 3311 team in early 2017, Emily worked on the representation side of the industry as an assistant first at Verve and then at Kaplan/Perrone. More recently, she's been putting her USC Screenwriting degree to good use by supporting 3311's Scripted Television Department with grids aplenty and a lot of reading.
In her free time, Emily enjoys knitting, re-watching Buffy The Vampire Slayer, and listening to audiobooks. She has heard of sports.
