In 2011, Ross co-founded 3311 with childhood best friend Mark Roberts. In addition to serving as CEO of 3311 Productions, Ross is also the CEO of 3311 Ventures and an Advisor to Corner Piece Capital.
Prior to 3311, Ross served as the COO of Magical Elves, the company behind shows such as Top Chef, Project Runway, and Project Greenlight, among many others. Prior to his career in entertainment, Ross worked in both Finance and Technology with accomplishments including innovating new products with the world's leading telcos and M&A transactions with Fortune 100 companies. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter, but will always be a San Francisco Giants fan.

Mark Robers

Mark co-founded 3311 in 2011, and oversees the financing and project selection of the company along with Ross Jacobson. 3311 allows Mark to merge his longstanding passion for film with his investment knowledge.
He currently serves on the board of The San Francisco Zoo and The National Pastime Museum and lives in San Francisco with his three children, all of whom root for the Giants.

Jen serves as President and oversees the production of 3311's films.
She began her career working in the New York theater industry after attending Yale. Prior to joining 3311, Dana Executive Produced IT FOLLOWS and worked in the Packaging, Finance and Distribution department at The Gersh Agency. She brings a clear understanding of film financing, packaging, production, and distribution to the company’s slate. Her pekingese Gracie is the unofficial company mascot.

TONY PACHELLA
CREATIVE EXECUTIVE
Tony joined the team in the fall of 2015 to run film development. His past experiences include working for manager Jewerl Ross, Roy Lee's Vertigo Entertainment and helping to build up the slate of projects at Animal Kingdom Films (SHORT TERM 12, IT FOLLOWS, LOUDER THAN BOMBS).
He is a lover of history, sports, and pizza, and often feels frustrated by Angelenos’ attitude toward all three. Tony studied screenwriting at The University of Michigan.

THOMAS GRABINSKI

Thomas joined 3311 in the fall of 2016 to assist the feature team. In his pre-3311 days, he worked for Justin Lin's Perfect Storm Entertainment.
Thomas is a big fan of eating eggs, talking about movies, and keeping up with rock and roll. If you call 3311, his is the rich baritone. Thomas studied English Literature at Grinnell College.

SARAH ALDRICH
Manager - Scripted Television
Sarah joined 3311 in the fall of 2017 to assist the scripted television team. She graduated from USC's film and theater schools, during which time she worked with companies such as Good Universe and StudioCanal. Outside of watching TV, Sarah's hobbies include hiking the hills of LA and attending improv shows. Sarah is from the Bay Area, and despite living in LA now, she will always root for the Giants.
